Not identifiable by class/id/style or any other attribute text is removed:
"If the ideas above interest you then contact us below. "
It's way safer to preserve link to registration form than removing that text.

The text is not essential and goes with the unsupported signup widget which I removed. On many pages it is the same sentence in <em> before the widget, so it seems ok to search for the exact text.
