I don't think "CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY" is subtitle, if you check the source, it has class "posted-by lead-line", not subtitle alike.

A subtitle is a subordinate title of a published work or article giving additional information about its content.

This is not the case here. Apart from that it's not formatted as a subtitle. It's rather some category and because of that it's not obligatory to display it as subtitle.

"BACOLOD CITY" is a subtitle? Can't agree that.
