there's no way to reliably detect it. Detecting by text can cause various problems. Class callout is used for info blocks sometimes, so can't detect by that one either. Example: https://www.meinbezirk.at/lungau/c-freizeit/kreative-schreibwerkstatt-in-der-buecherei-mariapfarr_a2373454. here it's used for event data and not for related article.

And as you can see these blocks are always different (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/meinbezirk.at/template31/issue3/), and they change from article to article. It's just impossible to cover all of them!
