- Of course I was keeping this in mind when decided to support such pages. The thing is, the adress is completely identifiable by place name ("Центр фотографии имени братьев Люмьер" for this page) and a bit of address you marked.
Also:
1) Some pages explicity include a city, examples:
- https://mel.fm/afisha-mela/4526790-lektsiya-pochemu-imena-izvestnykh-lyudey-stanovyatsya-nazvaniyami;
- https://mel.fm/afisha-mela/8706254-ix-otkritiy-chempionat-po-economike;
2) Some pages, on the other hand, don't include both city & map, for example this one: https://mel.fm/afisha/7084395-festival-pamyati-yanusha-korchakazov-serdtsa;
3) It looks like all event pages contain a link to an event's website. So user doesn't lose anything.

There is incomplete address (what city?). Actually no city mentioned anywhere.

If your template strips maps widget at least it should preserve link to it.
But better to not support this page at all.
