Rudimentary link should be removed. Original page not contains such link (https://c2n.me/40ZkNQR). Besides, this link redirect to page with same image with a better quality.

well, actually this is an issue for your template, why you say that this link is not present in original page?? this link is the link inside that magnifier icon at the right-bottom of the image and it goes to a gallery that contains even more information about that image, information like this caption:
"Mg Genova 12/01/2019 - Coppa Italia / Sampdoria-Milan / foto Matteo Gribaudi/Image Sport nella foto: Patrick Cutrone"

and maybe this gallery contains more images in the futures and delete this link is not a reasonable act.
