- This is how this website works. When i making template I got a randomly SUBPAGE_GET_ERROR / NO_MEDIA_FOUND / 'Page not fetched' errors; on images, on twitter embeds (even if article contains only one twitter embed without any other media)
I dont know why this website is working so bad, in your template I also can find such cases:

On 2nd (5th, 10th) reload of page all images/embeds will working fine.
In exactly this case - manual says that we should use better quality images, when several image resolutions are available. This image has link to larger version (in srcset attribute) that is not reach IV limits for images (1428x989px, 483Kbytes) and I dont know why this image doesnt loaded in IV. In browser it opens correctly
