- You have created 3 duplicate issues and i have answered in 1 of them, but let me explain in more details why it is not problem of my template.
I obtain link to mp4 directly from source page and wrap it with video tag, if you check site source page you will find condition that mp4 video version will be selected only for iphone and ipad devices, all other user-agents will get flv verison of video via custom player.
You provide 2 examples of "broken" videos:

But if you download any of this video to your local computer and check 1st frame(thumbnail), you will see that it is "black screen", if you try to play video -- it will work, if you send "issued" page directly to telegram and check IV page -- video will work, but thumbnail will be "black screen", but still working.
