The <a> tags are actually correctly present here, but they are not displayed because the "mailto" @href attributes seem to NOT support in IV the "?" at the end of the mail address followed by parameters (in this case one of the links is
"mailto:nil@pcinpact.com?subject=LIDD : jeux.",
it should be
"mailto:nil@pcinpact.com"
in order to work).
So I honestly think the links here are not showed due to a lack of support in how Telegram parses the @href "mailto" attribute.
