"If the lead paragraph uses a different style, it is recommended to use bold or italic text (we will not accept issues based on the absence of such formatting)."
As I explained in an earlier issue, all lead paragraphs on this website use this style. It's not a quote, so we don't have to use a blockquote element for it.
