Duplicated author's name, duplicated preview description

Still no template author has been able (and, I'm very sure, will not be) to make a stable removal solution, because it's hand-written and authors sometimes tend to use extra words inside it or to put it inside the context or after it.
About description I didn't get it: it's a required photo caption. I cant find any place where this text would be repeated.
