Issue #1

60% of the pages at the end of the article contain 4 paragraphs that are repeated and have no bearing on the article
1) "LEGGI ANCHE LE ALTRE NOTIZIE DE LA NUOVA PERIFERIA" = READ ALSO THE NEW NEWS OF THE NEW OUTSKIRTS -> link homepage
2) RESTA AGGIORNATO SU TUTTE LE NOSTRE NOTIZIE! COME? = REMAIN UPDATED ON ALL OUR NEWS! SUCH AS?
3) Iscriviti al nostro gruppo Facebook La Nuova Periferia = Join our Facebook group La Nuova Periferia -> Social link to facebook
4) [...] = And follow our official Facebook page The New Periphery: click "Like" or "Follow" and manage settings and notifications so you never miss a single news! -> Further invitation to register on facebook

Besides those are actually rudimentary content, there isn't a reliable way to identify them.
They are hardcoded inside the article, without class nor id or other attributes to mark them.

As you said 60% of the articles (I don't know if the percentage is correct) end with this 4 paragraphs, but within the other 40% there could be the possibility to lose information, and that's far worse
