Sometimes the article has no images, but has a cover. (http://odpublic.net/news/2019/02/07/yanukovich-ne-znaet-845378)
Sometimes the article contains images, but the cover does not match any of them. (http://odpublic.net/articles/2015/04/15/kriminalnaya-odessa)
There is no way to distinguish between these cases. Therefore, the duplicate image was left untouched.
