- Since the original page doesn't have timestamp at all, it is not obligatory to generate it for IV page as well, but we still can generate IV without timestamp.

- This, along with the pages: omroepgelderland.nl/zorg and omroepgelderland.nl/foppen and some other pages are part of a subcategory named “Dossiers”. I don't think they are articles, they are (oftentimes dynamic) lists of links – navigation with a little bit of info on the page. Just look at the original pages. I think they should not generate IVs. That link block under about the documentary is completely part of the page.
Please reconsider this issue, and I'm sorry if this isn't a valid appeal. It is hard to tell with these kinds of pages.

- Yes, these "Dossier" pages do seem like specialized topic pages, where dynamic lists of articles under the specialized topic are all aggregated. Thank you for clarifying this case.
