there is no pullquote or blockquote with <pic> in source

- Really?! Is it really an issue, admin? OK, I explain.
Website use this style for these images on mobile devices:
@media (max-width: 767px)
.b-article-avatar-image {
width: 100px !important;
height: auto !important;
}
So it would be better to use <pic> with fixed 100px width in IV as on the original site. None of the other templates did not pay attention to it for some reason.
Also this css class most commonly used for avatars (look at it's name). IV doesn't support left- or right- aligned images so I think it looks better with center aligning. Pullquote is the only way to do center aligning and with pic it works great with no problems.

It's not acceptable to format regular images as <pic>
