Sorry, but your example issue is quite the contrary! There is <div class="foogallery"> there. You should use <slideshow> there.

Here source has NO slideshow on this page.
According to https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-2-3-galleries-and-slideshows, slideshows are required ONLY if the source article shows several photos or other media as a slideshow or gallery.
