- I don't think it's really an issue — original list same entity two times as well. Reader gets about the same experience as he would in original.
Also I don't think there's good/reliable way to compare two strings in IV templates and don't like idea of appending reviewer to body (but that's IMO).

Authors are doubled. If author and reviewer are the same then you should add only one author or detach blocks and allocate the reviewer into the individual block.
