you must not put all text into blockquote in iv.

- Looks like a broken source issue. They mixed up the two paragraphs into one. The text is inside the paragraph with class (that converts to blockquote)
It also occurred before, a broken source code because of it separates and it ends up duplicated. Check this issue.

Sometimes they forgot to close tags and ends up combining both.
