This datetime is wrong, you can verify this by going to any page in the https://peru21.pe/suplementos/comercial/educacion-total-vacaciones-utiles/ subdirectory, all the dates are the same "Miércoles, 5 de diciembre del 2018"
And in the meta tags on all pages of this subdirectory is the date 'article: published_time' content = '1969-12-31T19: 00: 00-05: 00', which also confirms its incorrectness

The template only uses what the website returns. It is not responsibile for fixing bugs in the site. I don't think it's advisable to remove every publication date in this subdirectory just because some (or even most) of the articles may have got it wrong.
