- As you said, title is not identifiable, so I can not remove it or add it to related block. Also I don't see here any issue since modern articles have another type of related blocks and no essential content is lost. Furthermore it looks exactly the same as on the original page.

So, as I got it, your issue is not an issue but a warning? Links, which are formatted as related, are from the same domain, therefore they generate IV. I do not see any problem here.
Last: in IV generated by your template, image size is far below 320 px, which is prohibited by checklist. Therefore, I suppose <related> must be used.
