IV must be generated. This is a separate subdomain, but it looks exactly the same as the original site.

It looks completely different, all navigation elements are different with some added search and filter bar, the sidebar has some navigation categories while on main site there are the latest news. It itself claims to be a different website: "Каталог юридических компаний". Article style is somewhat common, a 'paper like' design, but that's it.
So this subdomain looks like a separate website and supporting it is optional.
