Bad link preview description that actually repeats the title. I don't recommend using og:description on this site.

- I didn't find any other pages with issue. Is it really that critical?

- There is at least one other we found by checking other issues: https://progorodnn.ru/news/80757 - both are quite recent, so there might be others.
While link preview data can be taken from the metadata, it's better to take it from the article's body if possible - e.g. the first paragraph.
