I think you shouldn't omit text "На правах рекламы" in advertisement articles. Reader wants to know if he reads something more or less objective or advertisement. So this info is important

You may remove link since it leads to tag, but preserve text somewhere. I suggest footer

Yeah. I totally agree and I usually do so, but this specific tag is idenfitied only by its ID which might be changed in theory.
