the first youtube video is repeated twice in IV but is shown once on the source page (the same code structure as for other embeds)

- You are right - in this case it's an error of the website maintainer who falsely created a <dic> tag instead of a <div> tag. Hence the video is basically twice in the source and it would also be displayed twice, if it wasn't for the broken tag.
No need for template creators to fix or work around such website issues (if it's not a regular thing).
Take our apologies.
However we can't accept your appeal, since you resubmitted your template several times to fix other issues & even this template got another accepted issue.
