- I disagree - if you look at the page source, specifically the <h3> tag that contains this title - the title is composed of the small part ("roofline"), a dash and the bigger title. The dash is only visible if the title is scraped somehow (in this case via the Telegram parsers) and thus I believe the title is intended to be displayed like that.
Apart from that, there is no indication at all neither in the article nor the source that this is a kicker, it's a bit too long to be a fitting kicker as well.
