It seems to me that it is better to leave the name of the author of the photos outside the slideshow, as it is done in the original page (see my template). Imagine an example: "the photo shows a person. In the original photo has no signature, and in the case of this template photo will be signed and the user may think that the person depicted is called the name of the author of the photos."

- Photo credits are unique for every photo in this layout ("as it is done in the original page" - wrong). If you look in the code, you will see it. With your template, if different photos have different authors, wrong author will be displayed.

- Andrei is right. Our slideshows support separate captions for individual elements. The source also has separate descriptions and authors for each photo inside the gallery. The template properly handles this case.
