Author of template added their own header for related articles. And related-articles for some reason at the bottom and not in the middle of the article as in the source page.

- Although, it is possible for the IV to have any number of related articles blocks, and to have them anywhere on the page, I believe it is much better to collect them all into a single block and put it at the bottom of the page.
The header is taken from the recommended articles block at the bottom of the page, since there are no any other headers available.
So, I did not add my own content, I just rearranged it to make the article look nicer.
