Related link on self, which is not on page

The format is common for this website. Those links may be leading anywhere, hence should be handled.
The fact that in this case the link leads to the current page is not an issue. Comparing urls would be a bad idea as well, since they are on different domains with different url structure.
IV shouldn't show links to the current page as related ones anyway.
