- You probably misunderstood the manual. The header is for the entire <related> block, not for the individual article.

- The title for <related> block is the title of the block, not the title for the article.
Each link in related block, if the link can generate IV, will include a mini preview including the link's title, desc, and image preview.
So title of each link doesn't need to be included as the <related> block's header.
