It is impossible to reliably identify this heading.
These headings don't have any identifiable attributes (class names, ids, etc.). The only way to identify them is to match by text content that is a bad approach because text is changing from article to article.

For example:

1. reggionline.com/la-storia-della-ndrangheta-reggio-le-due-puntate-della-clessidra-video
2. http://www.reggionline.com/pallacanestro-reggiana-panchina-pillastrini-la-coppia-fuca-kaukenas-markovski-lalternativa/

Heading of related articles for the second link is completely messed up in your template.

So it is not a heading. It SHOULD be a separate paragraph according to the source code.
