Bad blockquote formatting: big image in the text, double line breaks

- It is interesting to know, and how is your formatting better? Why did you break the quote into two parts and put <pic> between them? After all, this is not <img>. Another thing is that this is not a quote at all, but a highlighted block. But it can not be identified, so nothing can be done.

Since it's not possible to display the image as in the article, it must be detached from blockquote.
