In general though, the problem with dynamic links is that an IV with a published_date will eventually stop updating its cache after a while. So the newer dynamic links will end up never shown.

On 01.02.2018 the psychiatric examination of the accused was conducted. 04/03/2018 the lawyer was interviewed. 03/15/2019 - Court. 15.4.2019 - The defense challenged the verdict.
What other recent articles from the category? It's all about one particular event.
A dynamic list is when, when you refresh the page, you have new articles displayed each time. Or, the latest published articles from the category are displayed. In the example you cited https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/kahawatungu.com/template63/issue6/ it is. I look now - there all the articles from the list are not related and published 4 hours ago.
