This is dynamic page. It is index page for articles written by the author or institution.

- My template generates IV for the contact information of Greenpeace (static), not the articles of greenpeace (dynamic)

- I think this issue should not be accepted. My reasons:
- The IV is not fetching any dynamic content. Information about the author (Greenpeace in this case) is static and probably will not change in years.
- The dynamic content for this page (the list of articles written by Greenpeace) is the same as, for example, the comments for a article. They are dynamic part of the page? yes. But they are not included into the IV.
Please, let me know if I'm wrong. Clarifying this will help to manage exactly the same situation for the rest of domains in the contest.
