"The IV editor‘s ’Preview‘ section will always show the date/time in UTC format, while the ’Original' section may use a different time zone. Denis Kondarattsev There is no reason to remove link from image caption because it has direct relation to the content of article. User might want to see more images related to the cover image, read comments on the image source page, etc. Also, image caption link is not listed in the "content to be removed" section in Checklist and is not even closely related to any item in that section.
