The Checklist refers to "single-video" pages, so I believe it's expect that these pages become IV, but I don't see much point on a IV without text. I'd like to have the word of the @admin before changing this. Accepted by admin We'll agree as well, and have to accept it since reporter's and winner's templates handles it well.
