Cover is duplicated in the article.

Not really duplicated, since the original article has the same format. In some articles cover is same as one of the pictures and in some articles it's totally different. In this specific article, author chose to include the same image to both cover and the article itself.

If the cover has a duplicate in the original article, it is fine to keep it this way.
