Taking from Checklist 6.3.2 (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-3-2-related-articles):
> The IV engine automatically checks whether articles in the <related> block have an IV, you don't need to worry about this. If pages have no IV, they will not be displayed. If this results in an empty block, it will not be displayed.

Category page has no IV so related block with it will not be displayed in IV.
Currently, there is no difference between my <related> block and your (template #63) removal of the entire <div class="kader"> with related articles.

Also, creating a separate url condition for "Read more" block may result in the loss of the related block on other news-article pages. Not safe.
