Wrong order. Rudimentary line break.

- they've added the image to the blockquote. due to this, IV bot shows the image before and then text.
if you try to fix this, it will be problem for other pages. no need to change the order because they're inside the blockquote together.

- It should be possible to reliably relocate images from blockquotes to their proper places as is shown by template #23. We will consider a counter-issue if you can demonstrate how this approach could lead to problems.
