Your explanation in https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/spazionapoli.it/template17/issue2/ is reasonable, but as per your interpretation of what a live article is, this article must not have an IV page. The title clearly says LIVE; no RILEGGI nor RELIVE.

The article you are talking about is 3 years old (2016).
Check this one as example, more recent (2018):

this is the same live event of your link, from Youth League.

The site now handles lives in general with LIVE/RELIVE tags in the starting part of the articles title.

And about all the older articles with different LIVE tag in the title used previously: well they are all ended for sure, so they are static pages now and deserve an IV.
