I created one more with same issue, but this time content in tags
<div class = "body"><p></p></div> is different with captions.

So according to the rules there should be slideshow.

Sorry, I don't get it. This page has the slideshow as its main component (indicated by "BILDERGALERIE" at top) and the only other part of the article is a very short caption/description, so it's obligatory not to make a slideshow here.
