Sorry for duplicate, but I wanted to respond. What I meant in the last issue was that if there's such a block without a header in the source (like here), it should probably either be made an <aside> as that would be visually fitting, or a <details> element that's open by default. Because of the missing header it is easy for the user to miss that they can click on it, and because it's not hidden in the original article I don't think it is right (in the cases where there is no header).
