These links are repeated.

- Links are not just repeated, there is sense:
1) This is part of article
2) With "Next page" user dont need to remember wich article of article group he is reading now and what next.
3) Article index needed for knowing how many articles and themes is in group and for users, who wants to skip some article
And there is no rule "Forbidden repeated links in article", there is two different styles of navigation by articles in group
