Please, read "6.1.3 Subtitle", from checklist.
It's a abstract or a summary. No need to mark them as subtitle.

Also there are a lot of pages, that have a quite big abstact, e.g. https://tg24.sky.it/spettacolo/serie-tv/gomorra-la-serie/fotogallery/2018/11/30/gomorra-4-foto.html

And, in my opinion, marking them as subtitles is not a good idea. On the original site, they have the same font size as the article, but if you mark them as subtitles, they will become very large.
