- figure nested in table, am i right? Could be easily fixed by code like "<div>: //table[.//figure]", but I don't think it's that reliable doing this. Yes, I can add more conditions in that query, but still not reliable as far as I see. Maybe you can share your method here so we can see if it is reliable or not now that you're already rejected.
