You're purposefully caching mobile sites by manually scrolling down the site and pressing "Switch to Mobile Site" in the IV editor.
This site doesn't use special links for its mobile layout. The IV engine will always load the desktop site, even if the URL that should load a mobile site is passed to it ("?switcher=touch"):

This is a non-issue and will never happen in the real world. And my template works for the desktop site, check the issue I self created with the same link:
