@datetime function supports relative dates. "Mon 1:01 AM" is converted to proper time, after some easy tweaking. So is "21 hours ago", "Yesterday 3:10 PM", etc.
Meta tags on this site are very unreliable (if needed, I can post several recent articles that have the wrong date written in the meta tags), so we should parse the date and time visible to the user with @datetime function.
