No, site name is "Time Out Dubai" (in Arabic in this case) as there is switcher in the header between Time Out Dubai, Time Out Abu Dhabi, Time Out Bahrain and Time Out Dubai (in Arabic). How the user will differ them if we use same name "Time Out" on everyone?
