This article dosen't have author, name placed in author label is source name actually. Even link on original page says "Источник" If you reffering to "It is possible to omit the author in cases where no name can be seen by a regular user opening the original article in the browser. It is possible to omit the name when there‘s no identifiable person, only the website’s ‘team’, ‘editors’, etc.", that's not true at all. This is comparable if The New York Post article uses Washington Post as author.

Ok, let's start again. 6.1 says: "Author name is required only if it is presented in the source article in a clear way (at the top of the page, at the very end of the text, in the meta tags etc.), especially if there's a name of an actual person." Source page not contain any author name, Yuriy used source part as author name. Even html element on page contains "Источник" in title.
