There is no list on the original page.

- In this way each link is separated from the others like in the original article (as displays a list of links without explicitly using a list in the source) and it's visually clear when a link begins.
There is no functionality loss and in the Telegram app (Android, not X) they are more spaced each other (optimal for touch devices) and they are almost aligned with the title of the current section of the article (in the "details" block), like the original webpage.
Also there are many cases in this contest of dropdowns converted as unordered lists for the Instant View.
