- This is because img is accidentally wrapped with <h2> tag. Obviously it's a one-time mistake of an editor, because there is no good reason to include an image inside <h2> tag. Basically someone just selected text below to make as caption, and accidentally selected the image as well (see how <h2> tag utilized in the rest of text)
While we all try to resolve as much as possible human issues, you never can predict ALL of them. This is a one-time mistake of an editor, which is unlikely to repeat.
