- This image is not a pic and should be out of blockquote because blockquote doesn't support images.

- Note that in IV on mobile, <pic> will not resize images and is for smaller, inline images.
Whereas <img> will resize the image to the width of the display device.
<pic> works in blockquotes because <pic> is for inline images.
However, if you display a <pic> in IV inside a blockquote, and the image is very large / wide, the image will actually go off the screen in the IV.
The way this large image is handled for this source page is acceptable.
